The setting and location for the Kawazu 7 waterfalls was perfect! The meat option for dinner was FANTASTIC. A great escape from the traditional Japanese dinner. The continous waving on leaving will never be forgotten. A very memorable stay! :)

The hostel is very easy to find, even arriving on my own at 10pm without directions. My room was very quiet even though the street was the sort of place where businessmen party - although it has some dodgy-looking nightclubs, it didn't seem dangerous or intimidating to a solo female walking around. We would recommend it for its fantastic originality. We enjoyed the welcome, the nice room, the food, the silence, the bath and the friendliness of the staff a lot. There is a safety deposit in the room and we felt very safe! The location was good and easily found. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
