The staff picked us up from the JR station and a drop-off service is also available. The staff were very helpful and the private-onsens are great as you can use them with your husband/wife and they were free to use! The traditional style rooms were very well equipped and extremely comfortable, especially the futons. A highlight of our stay was the meals- the Japanese food was beautifully presented on the table, each night was different and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly even helping with origami. From the moment I stepped into the ryokan it felt very friendly and comfortable. The staff were the most helpful staff I have ever met even going so far as to pick us up from the station and take our luggage. Oishiya is easy to find as it is situated just a few hundred meters away from the sea front. The food is AMAZING!
