We were fully satisfied that we've chosen this hotel and now we are planing to return there again.

shirakabaso_0419.JPGWe recommend Hotel Shirakabaso for its hospitality and great service, we spend a fantastic week there. Great thanks to Sato san and all staff, they are very kind and polite. Sato san was willing to help us on any question we had, for example how to get to the different places, what bus to choose or what's the weather in this or that area of Shigakogen, really great help! Also Hotel Shirakabaso has perfect open-air and private onsen. It's very cool to relax in it after whole day of snowboarding/skiing. The meals was very delicious, rooms were clean and comfort. By the way their equipment (snowboards and skis) also in good conditions most of them are new. I can say, we were fully satisfied that we've chosen this hotel and now we are planing to return there again. So have a nice stay at Hotel Shirakabaso too! :)

The room has a really nice atmosphere.

The room has a really nice atmosphere. We will definitely recommend to our friends. The slide doors and the futon, we enjoyed very much. It was easy to find. We saw the snow monkeys and enjoyed the private onsen as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Overall it was a great experience to be able to saty in a traditional hotel, especially with the classic Japanese breakfast.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to a subway station so it's easy to get around. It has a very nice atmosphere and surpasses our expectations of Japanese-style hotels. The hospitality in this hotel was something. The hotel deposit boxes are very useful, there was nothing to worry about and the hotel was very safe. The staff were exceedingly so helpful, they helped whenever they could. Overall it was a great experience to be able to saty in a traditional hotel, especially with the classic Japanese breakfast.

The staff worked diligently and cheerfully to make our stay a wonderful experience.

gyokushoen.JPGThis is a very nice and traditional Japanese Inn. The small streams, koi-pond, rotenburo and spacious room made for a very pleasant stay. The entrance has a very authentic Japanese experience. The staff worked diligently and cheerfully to make our stay a wonderful experience.
