I am just letting you know how my stay at tsuribashi-so went. I was very impressed with the Ryokan and thought that all the staff were very polite and helpful. The man who greeted me at the car park was very friendly and tried very hard in speaking English and did a good job as well.

WOW! This place is so amazing for the price! We had a beautiful mansion of a Japanese-style room, free tea and appetisers and yukatas to wear at the luxurious free onsen! Just be wary, this is in Gero in Gifu prefecture, and not in Gifu town, but Gero is lovely!

We enjoyed the beautiful jazz music at night. Although the way to the hotel was a little difficult, the staff were helpful and friendly. Also the breakfast (especially the coffee) was very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent service. Ocean views are wonderful. Beautiful and relaxing outdoor onsen with great views. Spending time on the massage chairs were a great way to relax. Authentic Japanese meals were delicious! Staff were helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.
